Sigrid Irene Wentzel supported the national museum of the Sakha Republic to document ethnographic objects at Weltmuseum Wien.
The objects from Sakha, Evenki and Eveni communities were collected in the 19th century on the territory of Yakutiya and became part of the large Siberian collection of the Weltmuseum Wien. Some of the objects have never been at display in the museum.
