Peter Schweitzer gave a key presentation on why we need to study infrastructures at the plenary session and moderated the panel "Local or Global Arctic?". Olga Povoroznyuk participated in this panel and presented her paper on transportation infrastructures and development in the context of climate and socio-economical change in Eastern Siberia.
